
What to do in case of an accident or a breakdown?
If you have any problems, for whatever reason, you can always call 0900 - multirent (0900 - 68 58 473). You can also find this phone number on your key ring. You can also contact the office where you rented the car; you can find the number of this office in the letterhead on your contract. In case of an accident, do not forget to fill in the accident statement form. You will find a copy in the glove compartment, together with a card with the phone numbers of various emergency services.
What happens if I get a ticket?
We will charge you for tickets during your rental period. The amount of the ticket will be increased with a sum of € 10,= administration costs.
What do I have to do if I, during my rental period, would like to prolong my rental?
With prolongation of the rental, you must ask the MultiRent office where you have rented the car if this is possible. You have to visit the MultiRent office to raise the deposit with the costs of the extra rental days.
I have reserved a Citroën C2, but I get an Opel Agila. Why is that?
At MultiRent you can speak out about a certain car model, however we can never guarantee that this car is available. Reservations can only be made on car classes, we do our best to give you your preferential car.
